This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

It was our first time, staff friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I can appreciate when people are understanding and know it may take a few minutes to decide on items.

(2026/07/24) Slightly disappointing. As an Asian, I have to say: the sushi here looks like sushi, but it does not taste like authentic sushi. The soul of it β€” the rice β€” just is below par, and that somehow seals the deal. The rest is just supporting ingredients, which cannot make up for how dull the main hero was.

FUSIAN was such a great surprise! If you’re looking for fresh sushi in Ohio, this spot is absolutely worth checking out. From the moment we walked in, we loved the modern, minimalist design. The restaurant has a clean, welcoming atmosphere with an open kitchen where you can watch every roll being made fresh right in front of you. It creates a fun, interactive dining experience and really showcases the quality of their ingredients. The food definitely lived up to the experience. We started with the Smoked Salmon Roll, which was incredibly fresh with rich, smoky salmon balanced by crisp vegetables and perfectly seasoned sushi rice. Every bite tasted clean, flavorful, and well-crafted. We also tried the Tempura Shrimp Avocado Roll, and it was easily one of our favorites. The crispy shrimp paired perfectly with the creamy avocado, creating the ideal balance of crunch and smoothness, while the fresh toppings and sauces brought everything together without overpowering the roll. You can truly taste the freshness in every ingredient. What made the visit even better was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They worked quickly while stil

My family and I got the roasted salmon rolls and made a couple customizations. We also got 2 orders of their mango sticky rice. All the food was really good and the staff was extremely nice 🧑. Special shoutout to Ari who was helping us down the line at the Grandview location. She was so sweet and such a great help considering it was my first time in. One of my favorite things about this place is that they have cooked sushi options! In the past, I stayed away from sushi because the thought of eating raw fish scared me πŸ˜‚ but thank God for the cooked protein options served at restaurants like these (i.e roasted salmon and roasted chicken)! 🧑 Sauce recommendations that I loved: β€’ Chili-ponzu β€’ Spicy Mayo β€’ Sweet Soy

Aung at Fusian was so knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended the top choices, expressed price transparency, and was very informative on the menu options. I did not feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience for asking so many questions. The atmosphere and vibe from everyone was very welcoming. Gonna come back for sure!
